Hardware Features:
Quad stage independent power output channels, 2 with independent PWM control. 4 independent channel outputs, 2 with PWM control for the nitrous and fuel solenoids, 2 switched and can be used to control the following.
Bottle heater: An output can operate a bottle heater determined by the nitrous pressure input.
Nitrogen boost system: An output can operate an N-Boost system determined by the nitrous pressure input.
Retard output: An output can be connected to a retard device, will work on power and/or RPM.
Shift light output: An output can be used to operate a shift light.
100 amp outputs: all 4 outputs use smart 100 amp Mosfets, which are over current protected.
SDS REVO valve drive outputs (2 channels): 2 individual SDS REVO valve output controls, nitrous and fuel.
5-6v driver output (1.5 amps max): 5-6V output for sensors or transducers.
Fuel pressure input: Connect to fuel pressure sender, can be either a transducer (ideally) or a switch.
Nitrous pressure input: Connect to nitrous pressure sender, can be either a transducer (ideally) or a switch.
RPM input: As it says, will take pretty much any engine speed related pulsed signal.
Throttle position input: Analogue voltage throttle position input. This means you can connect the analogue wire from your engines original TPS directly to the unit. The unit then gives the ability to switch on the nitrous after any set throttle position.
Spare input (can be used for any type of input Ð 0-5 V): Will take any 0-5V (or reverse) input and can operate an output on a set value. EG lambda sensor could be used to cut the nitrous in lean conditions or a MAP sensor could be used to cut the nitrous at a certain boost level.
Side light input (for screen dimmer): Dims screen/buttons when sidelights/headlights on.
Blue back lit LCD: Confirmation button press beep. Confirmation beep when a button is pressed. Wrong polarity/overload protection: Unit is protected from incorrect wiring and current overloading.
Software Features:
Fully independent gear control: 6 gears can all be independently programmed with 5 power points, build time and delay.
5 individual power points per gear: Each gear has 5 power points that the unit will progress through over an adjustable build time. Each power point is independently adjustable allowing you to go up and down power during a gear at will. For example - this allows the user to use a small amount of power for a few seconds and then maybe have the power build up aggressively during a gear. It also allows the user to drop power at any specific point during a gear that may cause traction/clutch problems.
Adjustable build time per gear: Each gear has a build time allocated to it. Nitrous delay on 1st gear or all gears. Nitrous only delay can be set to work on 1st gear, or all gears.
Min/Max pulse width control: The absolute minimum and maximum PW's can be set to suit the solenoids.
Fuel pressure indicator/nitrous cut off: The fuel pressure is monitored and can be set to cut the nitrous if the pressure drops below a certain value.
Nitrous pressure display/over pressure cut-off: The nitrous pressure is monitored and can cut the nitrous if the pressure goes over a certain value.
RPM display: Unit screen displays RPM.
Voltage display: Unit screen displays current voltage. Voltage low/electrical fault warning: Unit will detect low voltage conditions and warn.
RPM window switch: When an RPM input is connected to the unit the activation of the nitrous system can be set to work within an adjustable RPM window. This stops nitrous being used at a excessively low or extremely high RPM.
On-board throttle position sensing / system trigger: Unit can be set to operate at a set throttle position.
System Standby mode: Unit can be put into standby mode which will still allow data logging, bottle heater control, etc. but disable the solenoid outputs.
Automatic gearbox mode: The unit can be put into auto mode so it scrolls through the gears automatically at the end of each build time. This is also useful for full throttle shifting and actually gives you 30 independent power points (with different 'rolling' build times), during any one run without the need to let go of the throttle.
Auto box gear change detect (also allows manual override): RPM can be watched to detect automatic gear change to determine when to switch up a gear.
On board data logging for RPM, fuel press, nitrous press and voltage: Unit data logs the above for each run (min and max values only).
Fixed power output mode: A fixed amount of power between zero and maximum can be set, that will not change for a predetermined number of operations. This feature will allow the use of small amounts of nitrous during burnouts or if a fixed amount of power (or no power) is required during the first gear of operation.
4 memories: 4 different programs can be stored.
On board system test facility: Every output can be tested by button push.
Static test facility: The unit allows the 'Static Test' to be carried out from within the car, on screen. You can either opt for a fixed hit or a progressive delivery using this facility.
Fuel press/nitrous press alarms: If the fuel pressure or nitrous pressure falls out of the set window an alarm will sound.
Frequency selector: The solenoid frequency can be adjusted to suit the type of solenoids being used.
